Strategic step in India: SITEC cooperates with Laser Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

News

SITEC and the Indian company Laser Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (LTPL) have signed an exclusive cooperation agreement for the distribution of laser tool machines in India. The aim is to exploit growth opportunities together in India's high-tech and mechanical engineering markets.

India is one of the world's most dynamic growth markets. Market development has received additional momentum from the conclusion of negotiations on the EU-India Free Trade Agreement (FTA), which aims to facilitate economic cooperation and market access.

In this context, SITEC is intensifying its activities in India by forming a local sales partnership, with a particular focus on marketing laser tool machines for use in application areas such as e-mobility, automotive, and medical technology.

"India plays a central role in our Asia strategy. Due to its rapid industrialization, India offers SITEC the opportunity to benefit from increasing investments in high-tech solutions. This partnership allows us to offer our portfolio of laser tool machines more effectively. It also brings us much closer to the needs of our future customers.” – Martin Florstedt, Head of Business Development
